Shipping policy

En Talons ecommerce delivers in the European Union and United Kingdom.

At the moment, it is not possible to order from other territories but it is planned to open our ecommerce to other regions soon.

Our products are shipped from Italy.

We offer Free Premium Shipping on all orders! All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment is received. Over public holidays orders may be delayed. EU Standard Delivery takes 3-5 days.

If you choose an express shipping option, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe after dispatch confirmation.

Taxes and Duties

For UK orders duties & customs charges must be paid directly to the courier once your package enters its destination country. You will be contacted by DHL to provide payment. 

If for any reason you should decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this. Any amounts will be deducted directly from your refund.
