Care Guide

Our recommendations to maintain the lasting beauty of your shoes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Leather: For leather shoes, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and dirt. You can apply a leather conditioner to keep the material supple and shiny. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Suede: For suede shoes, use a rubber brush gently to remove dirt and restore texture. Be sure to brush in the direction of the fibers to avoid damage.
Satin/Ribbon: For satin or ribbon materials, spot clean gently using a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric in water to prevent damage.

Soles
Since all of our soles are made in leather, they require special attention to maintain their durability e appearance. To prevent wear and tear on the soles, we recommend having rubber sole protectors fitted and heel tips replaced in a timely manner by a specialist.

Heel Care
The precious En Talons heels are crafted like jewels, it’s important to handle them with care. Avoid knocking them against hard surfaces to prevent scratches, damages or losing crystal rhinestones.

Storage
Always store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Sore them in original box or dust bag. To preserve the shape of your shoes, use shoe tree or fill them with tissue paper.

Weather
Rain: If your shoes become wet, we suggest wiping them with a cloth and letting them dry naturally in a warm, well-ventilated area. Avoid drying them near heating, as this can damage the leather.
